Create a collection and tell your own story!

You can now add a brief description to your collection. Arrange your works as desired in just a few clicks, select your favourite work for the background, and presto! Now your collection tells a complete story.
Save your favourite collections

Just one of the things that makes Rijksstudio so special is that it brings together a wide diversity of collections, all fascinating in their own right. As a new feature, you now can also rate other Rijksstudio collections and link them to your personal Rijksstudio. You can see how often people viewed your collection and who liked it. And you can easily add interesting details created by other Rijksstudio users to your own collection.
Rijksstudio goes from strength to strength

With more than 200,000 members, over 1,300,000 free downloads and 270,000 collections, Rijksstudio is growing every day. In 2014 the Rijksmuseum also launched its first annual Rijksstudio Award design competition. For this year’s second edition, we received no fewer than 892 impressive submissions.

Rijksstudio opens up the Rijksmuseum collection for everyone to enjoy, with more than 215,000 artworks made freely available to explore in detail, touch, like and use in your own creations. Bring together your favourite works in a personal Rijksstudio, share them with friends or download the images free of charge to create your own new artworks. All images presented in Rijksstudio have been released for private and commercial use. All you need is your imagination!
