Come face-to-face with the majestic Sumatran tigers through their amazing glass-fronted enclosure that gets you so close you can see their whiskers twitch.
Discover Te Wao Nui - a truly unique and immersive experience of New Zealand’s animals, plants and culture. Set over a fifth of the Zoo’s impressive 17ha, Te Wao Nui is home to over 100 native plant species and around 60 different animal species including the mysterious tuatara and iconic kiwi.
With so much to see and do, Auckland Zoo will keep you enthralled for hours and still leave you wanting to come back for more!
